He took 5 min to fix it and then walked our dog because I paid him for an hour. WOW. :-). But it was a joke - the secretary said she was just kidding about that. I laughed about it for a while then said thanks and paid. Great company - came the day they called and did a great job.

They were wonderful, one phone call, left a voicemail and someone was out to our office at 4:45pm and had the problem fixed in no time at all. The contractor was very professional and we will be using them for all our other plumbing, A/C and other needs. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

South Salem Plumbing responded in a timely manner when my drains were backed up. The technicians were respectful and professional, and did a nice job. They kept me in the loop as they worked and replaced all the paving stones in my yard after digging to replace some pipes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
