The plumber showed up on time (+10 Min), assessed what parts were required, left to purchase them and returned later with items for me to choose from (instant hot water heaters for kitchen sinks). He had to leave again for parts that should have been included with the installation kits, but weren't. He didn't charge for this time. Everything was completed and worked properly. A few days later, the company called to make sure everything was still satisfactory; it was and is.
