Try your hand at Gyotaku, the art of Japanese fish printing, learn Ankara (Kenyan printing), and make a set of Russian Matroyshka dolls. Bring a washed, light-colored t-shirt (used is okay) with you if youd like to make a fish printed shirt to take home.
